Enterprise CUE "Veska-EmulBit" has been constructed in 1997, in the Minsk area, Chervensky r-not, v. Koleina. The proprietor of the enterprise is Minsk oblispolkom, higher organisation CUE "Minskobldorstroy". During the existence the enterprise repeatedly changed the name, enterprise production remained thus invariably high quality.

The assortment of production of the enterprise includes road bitumens of all marks, bitumen emulsion all marks (including modified), the mastics, the modified bitumens. Modified emulsions can it is made both with application of latex, and on the basis of bitumens modified by SBS-polymers.

The factory history originates in 1991, when order PRSO " Minskobldorstroy " № 126 from December, 11th, 1991 and as on the basis of the order of the Minister of building and operation of highways РБ № 28 from July, 09th, 1991 the small enterprise "Veska" (MT "Veska") has been created. The enterprise was created under the program of development of a network of highways of the Minsk area and, first of all, in a countryside.

The decision Minskoblispolkom had been allocated the ground area by a total area of 14,91 hectares from the earths of land users of Chervensky area at settlement Ljady, in v. Koleina also it is given in constant using of MT "Veska" for building of local bitumen installation.

In 1995 on a post of the director, Esman Gennady Mihajlovich has been appointed to a post of the chief engineer - Eltsov Igor Petrovich. Under their management civil and erection works have been finished and factory start-up is made. For this responsible work experts practically from all countries of the former USSR have been invited. Many remained to work at the enterprise and work till now. 

Local bitumen installation

Building of a complex of local bitumen installation for manufacture of viscous road bitumen of mark BND 60/90 in accordance with GOST 60,0 thoulsand tons/years has been carried out by 22245-90 capacity under the project of the Rostov-on-donu branch of institute VNIIPI-OIL and on means regional road fund. For a basis process of reception of bitumen by continuous oxidation of raw materials in the device of columned type is accepted. The author of process of reception of bitumens - institute of problems of oil refining of Republic Bashkortostan.

First production have received on May, 8th, 1997.

In 1998 the enterprise has begun manufacture of bitumens oil for the top layer of a road covering of marks of a DB 200/300, a DB 130/200, a DB 90/130, a DB 60/90, a DB 40/60 on Certificate of compliance with state Standards 1062-97.

Kovalchuk Vasily Vasilevich was the first chief of installation.

In 2009 at competition "Best goods Belarus" to the enterprise the diploma of the winner of competition (bitumen oil road for the top road covering of mark of a DB 90/130 and emulsion bitumen cation road marks EBKD-B-65) is appropriated.

In 2010 the best building product of year at competition "Best goods Belarus" recognises bitumen oil road for the top road covering of mark of a DB 90/130.

For enterprise trouble-free work is available reserve raw materials park 3х1000 м³ and 3х3000 м³.

The raw materials (tar) arrive from the oil refining enterprises by rail.

The finished goods collect in 4 capacities on 200 м³ everyone.

Finished goods shipment is carried out in Ry tanks and motor transport.

Reception shopcations bitumen эemulsions and bitumno-polymeric knitting (KDE and BPV)

 In 1998 in Belarus signal to start, so-called has been given to "cold technologies" at repair of roads. The enterprise has got two installations on manufacture bitumen emulsions Emulbitume (France) and Breining (Germany). As installation on manufacture of the modified bitumens and mastics has been got and started in work.

CUE "Veska-EmulBit" makes emulsions bitumen cations break road without which today not to manage any road organisation is and break repair, and superficial processing, tarring, dedusting and many other things.

The modified bitumens made by the enterprise allow to prolong service life of a road cloth, to reduce washboard.

Chernyavsky Jury Stepanovich was the first chief of shop of manufacture bitumen emulsions.
